Order Processing Time

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch.

  • Orders are typically processed and sent for dispatch within 72 hours after payment is successfully received.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.


Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the transit period from our warehouse to your delivery address. Estimated delivery times apply once your item is in stock.

United States & Canada

  • Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–3 weeks

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 weeks

United Kingdom & Europe

  • Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–4 weeks

Other Countries

  • Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance: 2–6 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.


Insured Shipping

All secured shipping options include insurance.

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost, provided sufficient proof is supplied.

Priority Insured Shipping

Priority Insured Shipping places your order at the top of our daily dispatch list. While delivery times may be similar to standard shipping depending on order volume, your order receives priority handling and includes full insurance coverage.


Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages and arrive separately. This can occur when items are fulfilled from different warehouse locations.

While many of our products ship from the United States, certain items may be dispatched directly from international manufacturers due to high demand or stock availability. If your tracking information shows shipment from a country other than the United States, this is completely normal.


Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to increased order volumes, customs processing, or regional delivery conditions. We understand waiting can be frustrating and truly appreciate your patience.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@studiotremblay.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made. We kindly ask that you double-check your selected size, color, and details before completing your purchase.
